Basic Contract Services Per Visit:
Weekly inspection rates begin at $30 per visit for condominiums and $40 per visit for single-family homes.
- Check mailbox and bring in mail
- Check for any newspapers or items left at front door
- Inspect landscaping
- Visual inspection of exterior of building checking windows and doors for any potential problems
- Check for signs of pest and insect infestation
- Turn on water main
- Run water in sinks, bathtubs and showers to keep traps from drying out and prevent sewer gases from entering your home
- Check all plumbing for leaks
- Flush all toilets
- Check air conditioning for proper operation
- Check refrigerator temperature
- Ensure electrical panel breakers are on
- Check ceilings and walls for any signs of leaks or mold
- Check hot water heater for any signs of leaks
- Start and run car(s) during inspection
- Turn off water main off
